Thành Đạt serves the best hu tieu Nam Vang I’ve had in Saigon — both dry and soup versions are excellent. The dry noodles are flavorful, with sauce clinging to each strand and a nice crunch from fried garlic. The soup is light yet rich, layered with pork, shrimp, and herbs. What really makes it stand out is the subtle shrimp note in the taste, giving it a unique depth compared to other places. Always satisfying, and my absolute favorite spot for hu tieu.
