• Include details: Price range, party size, occasion, and visit date
• Be fair: Rate different aspects separately (food, service, atmosphere)
• Add photos: Pictures help others visualize the experience
• Recommend dishes: Tell others what to order

Yes! You have full control over your reviews:

• Edit: Click the "Edit" button on your review to make changes
• Delete: Remove reviews from your profile page
• Privacy: Make reviews private or public at any time

Note: You can edit reviews within 30 days of posting. After that, contact support for major changes.

You can easily add new restaurants to Nibsy:

1. Start writing a review and search for the restaurant
2. If it doesn’t appear, click "Add New Restaurant"
3. Fill in the basic details (name, address, cuisine type)
4. Submit the restaurant and continue with your review

Lists help you organize your favorite places:

• Create: Go to "My Lists" and click "Create New List"
• Add restaurants: Use the "Add to list" button on any restaurant page
• Organize: Drag and drop to reorder restaurants in your lists

• Map view: See all restaurants in a list on the map

Yes! Discover great restaurants through other users:

• Browse public lists from other users
• Follow users whose taste matches yours
• Get notifications when they add new restaurants
• Copy restaurants from their lists to yours

Claiming your restaurant is free and gives you control over your listing:

1. Find your restaurant on Nibsy
2. Click "Claim this Restaurant" button
3. Verify your ownership with business documentation
4. Once approved, you can edit info and respond to reviews

Responding to reviews shows you care about customer feedback:

• Go to your restaurant dashboard
• Click "Reviews" to see all reviews
• Click "Reply" on any review to respond
• Keep responses professional and helpful
• Thank customers and address any concerns

We take accuracy seriously. Here’s how to report issues:

• Claimed restaurants: Edit information directly from your dashboard
• Unclaimed restaurants: Use the "Report a problem" button
• Inappropriate reviews: Flag reviews that violate our guidelines

• Click your profile picture in the top right
• Select "Profile Settings"

We’re sorry to see you go! To delete your account:

1. Go to Profile Settings
2. Scroll to "Account Deletion"
3. Choose what happens to your reviews (delete or anonymize)
4. Confirm deletion

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider making your account private instead.
